प्राधिकरणाच्या प्रकल्पासाठी भूसंपादन तसेच प्राधिकरणाच्या सर्व जमिनी मालमत्ता इत्यादी विषयक असणारी कार्ये व कर्तेव्ये.

प्राधिकरणाच्या सर्व प्रकल्पांसाठीचे आवश्यक जमिनीचे भूसंपादन करणे.
शासनाच्या विविध कार्यालयासोबत भूमी विषयक कार्यासाठी समन्वये राखणे.
प्राधिकरणाच्या वितरीत जमिनी संदर्भात भाडेपट्टा करार, भाडेपट्टा विलेख करणे व संबंधित करारामधील तरतूदीनुसार अनुज्ञय असलेल्या परवानगी / ना-हरकत देणे.
प्राधिकरणाच्या जमिनीचे तात्पुरत्या वापरासाठी वितरण करणे जसे प्रदर्शन, आर.एम.सी., कास्टींग यार्ड, साईड ऑफिस, गोडाऊन इत्यादी.
जमिनीची मोजणी, ताबा घेणे, मालमत्तेचे संरक्षण करणे इत्यादी.
प्राधिकरणाच्या ताब्यातील जमिनीच्या संरक्षणासाठी सुरक्षासंस्थेची नेमणूक करणे.
प्राधिकरणाच्या विशेष नियोजन क्षेत्रामध्ये नगर व क्षेत्र नियोजन विभागामार्फत अनधिकृत बांधकामाबाबतची महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक व नगररचना अधिनियम-1966 अंतर्गत पुर्ण केलेल्या प्रकरणामध्ये प्रत्यक्ष निष्कासनाची कामे.
प्रकल्पामधील बाधित अतिक्रमणांचे निष्कासन.
एमएमआरडीएच्या जमीन आणि इस्टेटच्या संरक्षणासाठी एजन्सीची नियुक्ती.
