मी एक सामान्य माणूस आहे, आपणास अशी विनंती आहे की जो रस्ता चिंचोटी ते पोमण चा आहे तो लवकरात लवकर रोड चे काम दुरुस्त करावे. खूप वर्षांपासून रस्त्याचं काम झालं नाही, रस्ता खराब असल्यामुळे सामान्य माणसाचे हाल होत आहे, बाईक स्लिप होतात आणि असिसिडेन्ट होतो, त्याच बरोबर गाड्यांचे दुरुस्तीचे काम वाढते व पैसा खर्च हातो, रस्ता बरोबर नसल्या मुळे धुळ होते ती नका तोंडात जाते व माणसे आजारी पडतात. तरी आपण या गोष्टीकडे लक्ष द्यावे ही विनंती.

 Why do the Red Line motormen wait for people during station halts? While we passengers try to save every min on our way to work (i.e. rush hour), but your insensitive staff just does social service, by waiting for passengers running up the stairs! Why?
In the interest of public safety, you should have staff who will hand sign / whistle door closure quickly so that people know before hand that they have missed the train. And these staff will also alert if somebody gets stuck between the doors.

Why don't you observe your competitor (yes, the Blue Line) and come up with your SOPs?

This is regarding the incident happened at Aarey metro station on 6th December . There was rush at baggage scanning counter and at security check around 7:15 PM. At that time my laptop bag got misplaced. There was a bag unattended of dell looking similar to my bag but when I checked it was not mine .
I told the lady guard at baggage counter that somebody has taken my bag and left the similar looking bag. She took immediate action and checked bags but could not find my bag . As I was checking the unattended I saw there is a diary and gave her the name of that person. She immediately went to announcement section and announced that Mr XX has got wrong bag . But nothing worked at the same time Mr Jadhav came into picture and took the decision to go to the platform and checked every bogey and found out the person who was standing with my bag . It was a tense situation as my office laptop was having very sensitive files and was prone to misuse .
At that time Mr Jadhav brought that person to the baggage counter and I was finally relaxed . The whole incident was very stressful for me but at the end whole Aarey metro team came to my rescue and help me in any way possible be it the lady guard mam at baggage counter or the security checking guy , the announcement team and the security guard .
A big thank you to all of you and salute your commitment to serve passengers.

Hope you guys take notice of such dedication and commitment from your employees and promote and highlight such employees in best way possible.

It is perhaps the only place where auto rickshaw ply without meter rate. It is a disappointment that there is no bus stop at LTT and it is poorly connected by buses. There shall be frequent minibus service at least to connect to nearby bus stops. Please provide the bus facility to solve this problem.
