This is regarding the incident happened at Aarey metro station on 6th December . There was rush at baggage scanning counter and at security check around 7:15 PM. At that time my laptop bag got misplaced. There was a bag unattended of dell looking similar to my bag but when I checked it was not mine .
I told the lady guard at baggage counter that somebody has taken my bag and left the similar looking bag. She took immediate action and checked bags but could not find my bag . As I was checking the unattended I saw there is a diary and gave her the name of that person. She immediately went to announcement section and announced that Mr XX has got wrong bag . But nothing worked at the same time Mr Jadhav came into picture and took the decision to go to the platform and checked every bogey and found out the person who was standing with my bag . It was a tense situation as my office laptop was having very sensitive files and was prone to misuse .
At that time Mr Jadhav brought that person to the baggage counter and I was finally relaxed . The whole incident was very stressful for me but at the end whole Aarey metro team came to my rescue and help me in any way possible be it the lady guard mam at baggage counter or the security checking guy , the announcement team and the security guard .
