टिप्पण्या | Why do the Red Line motormen wait for people during station halts? While we passengers try to save every min on our way to work (i.e. rush hour), but your insensitive staff just does social service, by waiting for passengers running up the stairs! Why? In the interest of public safety, you should have staff who will hand sign / whistle door closure quickly so that people know before hand that they have missed the train. And these staff will also alert if somebody gets stuck between the doors. Why don't you observe your competitor (yes, the Blue Line) and come up with your SOPs? |
