Plots of Worli Dairy admeasuring approx. 6.40 Ha. owned by Dairy Development Dept.,GoM.
Utilise the Worli Dairy plots for generating revenue by executing Iconic project, which will generate employment opportunity and assist economic growth of Mumbai. MMRDA shall use this revenue for implementing vital infrastructure projects.

- Sanctioned Land-use – part dairy, part govt staff quarters, part rehabilitation & resettlement.
- Ownership- Mother Dairy, presently vacant & un- utilized.
- Proposed landuse – mixed landuse.
- Abutting Mumbai coastal road project, Worli-Bandra sea link and many others.
The Authority in its 155th meeting held on 12/12/2023 has approved the above proposal of MMRDA.
MMRDA on 30/01/2024 & 02/01/2025 requested the State Govt. to appoint MMRDA as Special Planning Authority & Handing over the lands of Worli Dairy.
MMRDA intends to develop the Worli Dairy lands as Iconic Projects along with Resource Mobilization for MMRDA ongoing Projects.
