This is to inform that , we are facing a severe trouble on a daily basis at the toll booth in Atal Setu (Ulwe node Intersection) .

Fast tag lanes are mostly closed at peak hours . Cash Lanes are also mismanaged . On the top of this their shift changes by 8 am/ 8 pm , when they keep the system in operational for 5-10 mins . This causes clogging at both time and average wait time is nearly 7-10 min on each side . This has been raised with the supervisor available and staffs has been extremely rude whenever this is raised.

We are daily commuters & paying a hefty amount of toll on every trip , that too through fast tag.
If we need to wait 7-10 min to clear toll
on each occasion, certainly it's not a great experience.

Would request you to look into the matter urgently . There is hardly any traffic nowadays, am afraid with increasing numbers of commuters the experience will get worsen (as good as any other genric toll naka).
